In April 2005
FDL designed, built and commissioned a 350kVA diesel generator complete with an integral 24 hour fuel storage tank.
Fitted with a 75dBA @ 1 metre noise rated canopy it was the ideal solution for this private hospital application.
Comprising a Perkins engine and Marelli alternator,
the unit also benefits from a Deep Sea Electronics management
unit, capable of monitoring all warning and alarm parameters and alerting site staff of any problems.
The generator is typical of a number of similar units supplied by FDL in recent years, standard production
times varying from five to eight weeks.
